Gail Morong is a Senior Instructional Designer with the Open Learning Division at Thompson Rivers University in British Columbia, Canada. Her interest in equity and diversity issues informs her instructional design focus on interculturalization, internationalization and Indigenization strategies for online learning contexts, and the use of open processes and resources to make teaching and learning transformative. Her recent projects include research and presentations on open design considerations and challenges and strategies to enhance the success of Indigenous university online students.
